I think it’s important to know what you’re investing in, Yes Hunnie is my brand and it has been a world wind journey. I know, as a stylist for over 10 years that my clients trust and put their faith in my products, and me, which is a true honor.
Yes Hunnie actually started for me when I was around 21 years of age and was diagnosed with ovarian cancer while pregnant with my second child, being pregnant saved my life. I had to undergo chemo and radiation therapy, my hair started to thin out really bad so my husband made the suggestion to shave our heads, it meant a lot to me to have this support. I realize that beauty was skin deep and that hair was not as important as surviving, while going through treatments and living life I would find people staring and pointing at me. It didn’t really bother me at first, until one day my daughter said to me mommy where is your Rapunzel hair? I immediately grabbed my computer and started searching for wigs, and a stylist that could help me with my hair but I could not find anything that was for me. So I decided to do my research and come up with a wig line that was trendy and comfortable, but yet stylish and so Yes Hunnie was formed.
